After tasting the hustle and bustle of city life through our respective careers in the pharmaceutical and hotel industries, La Maison & l'Orangerie was born of a need to return to the simple things - hospitality, calm and nature - values that have made us happy for over 30 years of marriage.

Originally from the Lyon region and passionate about renovation, we fell under the spell of a late 18th-century bourgeois house built of Pierres Dorées, which we restored and enhanced to sublimate the existing features while preserving the cachet of the old.

Driven by a love of hospitality and meeting new people, we imagined this house as an elegant and sincere refuge, where you immediately feel at home.
